Working Together — what to expect

• Introductions – Kathi will meet with the Development Director and/or the Executive Director to learn about your organization, its fundraising history and needs. This meeting can take place in your office, by conference call or by Skype.
• Evaluation – After the initial meeting, Kathi will review your programs and funding needs and evaluate if she can be of assistance.
• Engagement – If you decide to work with Kathi, you will be asked to sign an Engagement Letter. The Engagement Letter specifies the timeline, project deadlines and the total cost of the project. A signed Engagement Letter and a retainer of 50% of the total contract are required to begin working with you.
