Obesity Society Invites Letters of Intent for Karen Miller-Kovach Research Grant
Through research, education and advocacy, the Obesity Society works to better understand, prevent, and treat obesity while improving the lives of those affected.
To help accomplish its mission, the society, in partnership with Weight Watchers, is inviting Letters of Intent for the Karen Miller-Kovach Research Grant. Through the annual program, one grant of up to $40,000 will be awarded for projects focused on the development of a scalable behavioral weight management program that includes digital tools.
To be eligible, applicants must be members of the Obesity Society (domestic or international).
LOIs must be received no later than June 30, 2014. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit full proposals that will be due by August 29, 2014.
